I began my career as an Electronics Engineer, working on building automation projects during the wave of innovation in smart buildings and factories in Brazil. Later, I founded my own company, leading a team in Latin America to implement and manage an imaging system for clients. This entrepreneurial journey taught me invaluable lessons about leadership and adaptability.
